Made from hand filleted, unbleached aloe gel. The fillets
are first ground into a liquid, the pulp is then removed and transferred
directly to the evaporator. The concentrate is flash pasteurized,
filtered and a food grade preservative is added. The growth
of bacteria is the reason aloe loses its' activity and character.
Processing and stabilizing within hours of harvesting is the only
way to ensure a fresh and active aloe product.
