Inner fillet concentrate is spray dried with a suitable matrix into a tan free-flowing, slightly hygroscopic powder. This procedure of spray drying aloe gel, along with a matrix, allows the final product to retain all of the starting material character while being stable in air for long term storage. By using this drying process, many of the major disadvantages of aloe powders are avoided. The starting aloe is PURE and UNTREATED, making this product ideal for food and cosmetic uses.
